Affordable: Amanzi-Inyathi plumbing differentiates itself on customer service. When we talk price we talk affordability, when we talk service, we talk being the best for you.
Reliable: At Amanzi-Inyathi you, our customers, are our #1 priority. We therefore perform quality assurance for each time a service is provided with a follow up call. We ask you what we did well? And what we can improve? The customer is king and satisfied customers are what we want. Current statistics show an exceptional high and positive customer satisfaction rating.
Smart: What does Amanzi-Inyathi do with the feedback it receives? This is used to improve the service. We continually look at ways to do our work better. Our workers are also important and satisfied workers give satisfied service to customers. Continuous learning and working in ways that improve customer service and satisfaction is what we consider as working smart. |
